Haier Launches Dual-Season Smart Appliance Line to Optimize Cooling & Heating Efficiency

Qingdao, China — Haier Smart Home has rolled out its new Dual-Season Pro Series, a lineup of air conditioners, heat pumps and smart thermostats designed to tackle both summer cooling and winter heating with optimized energy use and user comfort, aligning with the latest energy efficiency standards in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

The Dual-Season Pro ACs integrate a dual-inverter heat pump that switches seamlessly between cooling and heating modes, cutting energy consumption by up to 40% versus conventional fixed-speed models. They feature AI Seasonal Adapt, which learns local weather patterns and user preferences to auto-adjust temperature, fan speed and defrost cycles—reducing energy waste during seasonal transitions.

For heating, the Dual-Season heat pump water heaters use ambient air to generate hot water, slashing energy costs by 55% compared to electric-resistance heaters. They also include a fast-heat backup mode for cold winter days, ensuring hot water supply without sacrificing efficiency.

All appliances connect to Haier’s U+ Smart Home platform, allowing users to set seasonal schedules, monitor energy use and receive maintenance alerts via a mobile app. The platform’s Seasonal Energy Analytics tool provides tailored tips to maximize efficiency during peak cooling/heating periods.
